A march for Narb
In Gas prices now falling as oil rises, Narb Xorbian concluded his comment with "The Templars told me so." I just happened to stumble across the perfect piece of music in response--the Knight Templar March by George Augustus Allen. Happy listening!
Oh, and I listed closely to the euphonium counter-melody in the second strain and discovered that there is a secret message encoded within. I'm pretty sure it's the directions to the location of the lost Templar Treasure that Phillip IV tried to rip off in 1307.
Not to give too much away, but I've successfully decoded the words "basement" and "Alamo".
I'm hopping on a Greyhound bus to Texas first thing in the AM. When I next post, I will be known as Narb the Fabulously Wealthy (unless, of course, the Templars catch me in route and imprison me in their hideout under Meteor Crater in Arizona).
Pee-Wee, you shouldn't have listened to that fortune teller. There is no basement under the Alamo. Also, be sure to keep looking out the window, you'll see your bike. Finally, be careful of truck drivers named Large Marge. If you do see her, remember a line from another of my favorite movies, "You'd best start believing in ghost stories. You're in one!"
Narb is honored. I played in at full volume while sitting a tub of lime jello!

Wish me luck.

ReplyDeleteThat's so weird. My Templar captors just gave me exactly the same advice. Hmmmm....
