'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' alignment charts and music for Star Wars Day

Happy Star Wars Day!  To celebrate this year's holiday, I'm following up on 'Star Wars' alignment charts with the above alignment chart from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."  If it looks familiar, it's because I used it as the second image in Alignment charts for the fifth year of Crazy Eddie's Motie News.  I'm an environmentalist; I recycle.

Follow over the jump for more takes on the alignments of characters from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens courtesy of Alignments in Fiction on Tumblr.

First, other characters make good choices for Lawful Evil.  Take Captain Phasma, for instance.

There are also other choices for the alignments of some characters.

And then there are characters that just deserve more attention, even if their alignment doesn't change.

At least with these, it's easier to read the quote for the character.

Finally, it wouldn't be an alignment chart entry of mine without a fan cover/live version of the theme music from the movie or TV show.  Here is the United States Marine Band AKA "The President's Own with WILLIAMS Star Wars, The Force Awakens: 4. Jedi Steps and Finale.

"The President's Own" United States Marine Band performs John Williams' Suite from Star Wars: The Force Awakens, transcribed by Paul Lavender, on March 14, 2016, at The Music Center at Strathmore in North Bethesda, Md. Conducted by Lt.Col. Jason K. Fettig.

  1. I would have made Rey Chaotic Good, because she's naturally a good person but much like Han a seat-of-her-pants pilot and fighter. Finn is more Neutral Good, unwilling to commit acts of evil but preferring to flee the danger than fight it (he changes his mind when Rey is at risk).

    1. I can see that. Honestly, we won't have a complete picture of the characters until the sequel trilogy is complete in three to five years.

    1. 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' blasts to new U.S. box office records has a recipe for "Star Wars Cocktails: The Jedi vs The Sith and The Darkside of The Force!" It's all the way at the end of the post.

There is also Star Wars Drinks for Star Wars Day. It features Wookie Juice, the Han Shot, and the Greedo Shot. Drink the Han Shot first.

If you're looking for something newer, sorry. Tipsy Bartender is focusing on Cinco De Mayo.

  3. And of course, Kylo Ren is so much like Elric that I'd have to do what my older brother did when he listed Elric as "Chaotic Stupid".

    1. Kylo Ren=Elric of Melnibone. That's actually flattering to Ben Solo. My friends in the D&D group back home had their own take on Elric--he was so chaotic that he bordered on Law. After all, he ended up doing Law's bidding at the end.

  4. Is there anyway to make the original photo bigger? I want to read the quotes so damn bad but I can hardly even SEE the pictures, let alone the quotes

    1. Other than making the images on the page larger with CNTL-Scroll Down, no, sorry. I searched to find a larger version of the embedded image and couldn't find that, either.
