Life below water for World Wildlife Day 2019

I told my readers to "stay tuned for an entry about World Wildlife Day" at the end of A final post about politics and diversity among the 2019 Oscar winners.  It's time to follow through with World Wildlife Day 2019 - Life below water: for people and planet.

This video is produced by Taegen Yardley, a high school student at Stowe High School, Vermont, United States.
Since the theme and message of this year's World Wildlife Day is similar to last year's World Oceans Day, I'm going to be a good environmentalist and recycle what I wrote then: "Climate change, plastic pollution, and overfishing make a deadly trifecta of threats to all the world's oceans, not just the coral reefs."

Stay tuned for this year's celebration of Marching Music Day.
