Two Tipsy Bartender drinks for Cinco de Mayo

Feliz Cinco de Mayo!  Just like last year, I'm celebrating the holiday by posting recipes from  Tipsy Bartender.

Skyy and Sophia begin with Stoplight Margarita.

Check out this awesome layered mix... STOPLIGHT MARGARITA! Watch our German princess create this cool summer blend!

1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Tequila
1 oz (30 ml) Kiwi Strawberry Kool Aid
1 oz (30 ml) Lime Margarita Mix
Green Food Coloring

1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Tequila
2 oz (60 ml) Mango Margarita Mix

1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Tequila
2 oz (60 ml) Strawberry Margarita Mix

Garnish with Lime Slices.
Follow over the jump for the second drink.

Next, Skyy and Nikki present Cinco de Mayo Margarita Jello Shots.

The perfect way to celebrate... CINCO DE MAYO JELLO SHOTS! Watch the lovely Nikki Limo create these shots!
1 cup Orange Juice
2 packets Non-Flavored Gelatin
3/4 cup Tequila
1/4 cup Triple Sec
6 Limes
Lime Juice(for garnish)
Sea Salt

Heat up 1 cup Orange Juice and 2 packs Gelatin in a pot, then set aside to cool.
While mixture cools, cut limes in half and hollow out completely, then place in a muffin pan to limit movement.
Combine liquor mixture separately, then stir into the cooled gelatin mix.
Pour mixture into hollowed limes and let it set in the fridge until it hardens.
Once the jello is set, cut limes long-ways with a sharp knife.
Lightly dip one side of each slice into lime juice, then lightly dab into sea salt.
Skyy and Nikki are right about Cinco de Mayo being a bigger deal north of the border than south of it.  That won't stop me from celebrating the day.

Drink responsibly and stay tuned for tonight's election coverage.
