I wrote that "What Was I Made For?" always makes me cry. I was hoping this version would make me laugh instead. Nope. I still cried, this time for the country, not Barbie. If you want to cry for Barbie, I embedded Billie Eilish's video in 'Barbie' leads nominations in music for visual media at the Grammy Awards. Watch it there.

It also earned 1 like and 1 repost (most during month and tied for second most during year) on 16 views on Twitter/X during August.


While I'm on the topic of parody singers, I'm recognizing The Marsh Family sings 'Donald's Sewage Stream', which earned 1 like (tied for most during January 2026) from the Marsh Family Sings account on Twitter/X and 1 reply on 11 views. Its reply earned 1 like (tied for most during January 2026) and 1 repost (tied for most during month and tied for second most during year) on 81 views as a tiebreaker. I will revisit both when I post about the top tweets including links from the blog in May.
