My Saturn Awards votes and predictions vs. the winners


I closed Stats for the 15th year of Crazy Eddie's Motie News on Flashback Friday by telling my readers "Stay tuned for this year's version of My Saturn Awards preferences and predictions vs. the winners for Flashback Friday as the Sunday entertainment feature." Here are my votes from 'Plur1bus' vs. 'Alien: Earth' and 'Star Wars: Skeleton Crew' for Best New Genre Series at the Saturn Awards along with predictions I made throughout the series compared to the winners.

It appeared in nearly every monthly top twenty during the blogging year and climbed into the all-time default top twenty. It was the number one post during March 2025 with 676 default and 707 raw page views, its best month ever up to that time. It was the most read post during April 2025 with ~1,170 default and 1,197 raw page views, its best month ever, again. It was the number one post during May 2025 with 397 default and 482 raw page views, its fourth best month ever at that time. it ranked seventh by default page views during June 2025 with 172 and fifth by raw page views with 232. It was the second most read post during July 2025 with 375 default and 395 raw page views; it also passed 6,000 total raw page views that month. It ranked fifth by both default and raw page views during August 2025 with 338 default and 358 raw page views. It passed 6,680 total page views that month.

Between September 1st and 20th, the post reached 7,039 raw page views, passing John Oliver on feelings over facts and Colbert on Trumpiness and 'Star Wars' alignment charts both with 6,903 all-time raw page views to reach 24th. It ended September 2025 with 7059 raw page views over its lifetime.

EST on 1/11/2026 to rank 17th. It passed The tax bill and the U.S. economy in 2018 and beyond between 10:00 and 11:00 A.M EST on 1/14/2026 to rank 16th by raw page views. It ended January 2026 with 8,751 page views, including 784 default and 792 raw page views, ranking first by both measures during the month, its second best ever up to then.

It tied Last Week Tonight examines Clinton and Trump foundations after winning three Emmy Awards at 8,829 page views at 7:45 P.M. EST on February 1st, then Science fiction speaks to our current anxieties passed it five minutes later at 7:50 P.M. EST to reach 15th by raw page views. It passed Spring ahead, although it's probably not good for you, which had 8,960 page views at 7:21 A.M. EST on February 4, 2026 to reach 14th. It passed Vox on Puerto Rico statehood and John Oliver on territories, which had 9,014 page views at 7:51 A.M. on February 4, 2026, between 1:00 and 2:00 P.M. EST on February 4, 2026 to reach 13th. It ended February 2026 at 9,181 raw page views, including 414 default and 430 raw page views to rank first for the month.

It entered the default top 20 during March 2026. It passed Game of Thrones D&D character alignment charts between 2:00 and 3:00 P.M. EDT on March 10, 2026 to reach 12th by raw page views. As of March 29, 2026, it had ~7,880 total default and 11,062 all-time raw page views as well as 1,881 raw page views for the month, again its best month ever.
