Alexis Dahl describes 'The Incredible Engineering Behind Michigan's Iconic Bridge' for Labor Day

Happy Labor Day! I'm celebrating the Michigan way by sharing Alexis Dahl describing The Incredible Engineering Behind Michigan's Iconic Bridge.

There's only one way to drive directly between Michigan's peninsulas, and it requires crossing this absolute feat of engineering. This is the story of the longest suspension bridge in the Western Hemisphere: the one, the only, the Mackinac Bridge.
I'll let essemque explain why this is appropriate for Labor Day: "I love that this went live just days before the annual Labor Day walk where the bridge is opened to pedestrians (one way from north to south) for a morning!" The timing turned out to be fortuitous, as Alexis responded, "It wasn't intentional timing, but I am also glad it worked out that way!" Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.

That's a wrap for today. I plan on covering casting categories at the Emmy Awards tomorrow, so stay tuned and enjoy the holiday!
