Apple has built-in accessibility features like Magnifier, Accessibility Reader, Braille Access, VoiceOver, Sound Recognition, Name Recognition, and Live Captions that can create new opportunities for people with disabilities to study, socialize, and succeed in college.Last year, when I complained "there doesn't seem to be a single public service announcement (PSA) in the field," I wrote "While there are no nominated PSAs, Apple's nominees are doing their best imitation of selling their products' features as services." The winner fits that description. It also made me tear up. I can see and feel how it won. Congratulations!
These features can enhance learning and create new opportunities for people with disabilities to study, socialize, and succeed in college.
