'Star Trek' themed drinks for the show's 50th anniversary

I foreshadowed today's post when I concluded Alignment charts for the 50th anniversary of 'Star Trek' by writing "Next up, drink recipes.  Once again, Star Wars can't have all the fun!"  I begin with a recreation of two classic drinks from the series with ROMULAN ALE & KLINGON BLOOD WINE from Nicko's Kitchen.

Ingredients:

ROMULAN ALE makes 4 drinks
375 ml Rum
375 ml Vodka
375 ml Blue Curacao liqueur

KLINGON BLOOD WINE makes 2 drinks
1 oz Tequila
1 oz Spiced rum
1 dash grenadine syrup
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 cup cranberry juice

Almost Nerdy's Andorian Ale recipe is similar to the Romulan Ale, 2 oz. Raspberry vodka and 1 oz. Blue Curacao.  If Captain Jack Sparrow drank this after sampling the Romulan Ale, he might ask, "but why is all the rum gone?"

Captain Kirk

Ingredients:
1 shot Amaretto
1 shot Malibu
1.5 shots Milk
Chocolate Syrup (as much as you would add to a glass of Chocolate Milk)

Directions:
Add all 4 ingredients into glass and mix. Serve in low ball glass no ice in low ball glass. (Mix with ice BUT DO NOT SERVE with ice. Ice will dilute the flavor over time and makes the drink less enjoyable)

2 oz (60ml) Sour Appple Pucker

Blue Layer:
2 oz (60ml) Island Punch Pucker
2 oz (60ml) UV Blue Raspberry
2 oz (60ml) Blue Curacao
Ice
Blend

Purple Layer:
2 oz (60ml) Blueberry Schnapps
2 oz (60ml) Grape Juice
Ice
Blend

Rim with Black Sugar
